Character animation is the bread and butter of VFX Haus, so when we were asked if we could showcase the correct instructions on how to use a new brand of eye dropper, we were thrilled!

Everyone worked together to complete this hybrid-style animation. We had to get static photographs of a bathroom scene at specific angles that would allow for proper animation.

We even had to develop a way to make it look like the animated character was twisting the top off of the bottle, so we decided on gluing a straw to the top of the cap and twisting. This way we were able to get the exact footage we needed without having to deal with green screening or masking out fingers.

In the end, we entered this final project into the 2018 Digital Health Awards and took home the Silver Medal!
